Between the war and the kids Chapter 1

Like I promised, 5 years later, I was back to the village alive and in one piece.
Only there were no signs of the person I did that promise to...
A shinobi I knew slammed into me.
-Shikamaru?
-Naruto?!
We heard a blast near the village. I'd risk saying it was near our gates.
-What the heck was that?!-I asked.
-I have no idea. Whatever it is, it's troublesome.- He answered. Things always were troublesome to him… I almost forgot that little detail.
I turned around to the main gate and a kunoichi with a long and pink hair shows up. Her necklace and hair gave her away.
-Sakura-chan??
I heard a voice behind me.
-Shikamaru! What happened?- The voice asked.
"This voice." I thought."I know this voice." But the instinct to run to Sakura's side, the only member of the original Team 7 that didn't left the village, was bigger than the one of looking back. If she took what happened 5 years ago seriously like I did, we were boyfriend/girlfriend.
She gained little tattoos shaped like cherry blossoms.
-What the heck is that?-I asked, not expecting an answer.
-He putted the cursed seal on her too. She's lucky to be alive...-The voice answered me.
I turned around. I couldn't believe in what my eyes saw.
"Uchiha Sasuke" I thought.
My former teammate Sasuke was back on the village. He was a nukenin... I tried to bring him back after the war, but it was no use. Who brought him back?
I got out of my thoughts as 9 human and 1 canine shapes showed up.
They were Hyuuga Hinata, Hyuuga Neji, Aburame Shino, Inuzuka Kiba and Akamaru, Mitsachi Tenten, Rock Lee, Yamanaka Ino, Akimichi Chouji and Sai. To my surprise, my cousin Uzumaki Karin and Gaara's sister Temari were there has well.
Ino jumped to Shikamaru’s side and Temari looked at her in a way that almost said “touch him and I’ll kill you”. I remembered why she was here; Shikamaru and Temari were together.
-What happened?- Ino asked.
-Look ahead. –Said Sasuke.
-T-That is… -Hinata started.
-Sakura-san! -Lee finished.
-She disappeared an half an year ago.-Said Ino.
A few gennin showed up.
-Sensei!! What’s that?- They asked.
-Nothing. Now this is troublesome…-Shikamaru answered.
-Evacuate the village and protect the civilians.
They nodded and disappeared.

I was focused on my fight when suddenly Orochimaru’s head turned to the village. That was when I saw him. Uzumaki Naruto.
Orochimaru smirked, while a snake came out of his arm.
-DON’T EVEN DREAM OF IT!!- I yelled at Orochimaru.
He laughed at me.
-Try to stop me.
Before anyone could see us, we started running.
Orochimaru was pissed because his katana cut a different target… me.
-Your fight… is with me! Shannaro!!- I yelled as I punched him. He flew over the main gate.
I released my cursed seal. Wings came out (that unlike Sasuke’s, were like an angel’s) and flew towards Orochimaru.
I didn’t have many jutsus, but the ones I had were either Fuujin jutsus or Suiton.
-Hakke fuujin.- I said as I went towards Orochimaru.

Sasuke was using Sharingan while Neji and Hinata were using Byakugan.
-What’s that?- Hinata and Neji asked.
-He taught her Fuujinjutsu.-Said Sasuke.
-Wait… It isn’t Shiki fuujin is it?!-I asked, with a slight fear that Sakura would die trying to take that creepy snake guy with her.
-No. It’s Hakke fuujin. But she hasn’t got much chakra, so it can do the same thing… She seals him and then dies from the lack of chakra. Ino, connect m- I interrupted Sasuke.
-HOW CAN YOU SAY THAT WITH A STRAIGHT FACE?!? WITH NO TRACE OF EMOTION?! Have you become so cold that you don’t care about your old teammates anymore?
-Naruto-kun, it’s proved that if you let your emotions out of the fight, if you are “cold”, you can end the fight faster because emotions distract you. When Pain invaded the village, I almost died because of my emotions.
-You found your keyword! “Almost”. He didn’t kill you ‘cause I was angry and lost control and you say emotions are useless? You’re alive because of my emotions! If I was “cold”, we would all be dead!! All of us. Emotions make us stronger, not weaker.
-You’re right, but the rules say that a shinobi must hide their emotions!
-How did I track down the Zetsus? By their emotions! Their hate! Emotions 2-0 ‘Cold’ people.
-Point taken, point taken! Now, what did you want to ask Sasuke-kun?-Said Ino.
-Tsk. Connect me to Sakura.
-Come here.
Ino putted her left hand in Sasuke’s forehead, did some hand seals with the right and mumbled something.

“Sakura, are you crazy?! You don’t have many chakra left!”-‘Said’ Sasuke.-“And the cursed seal uses chakra too. You’ll die if you use the Hakke fuujin!!”
“Don’t you say? For god’s sake Sasuke! I know how to control my chakra and get the duck out of my mind! I want to focus on my fight!” I replied.
And he left. I started to make the seals when suddenly, a snake was coming in my direction.  A big snake. But smaller than Manda. I did a chakra shield and the snake slammed into it. I continued to do the seals. When I did the last seal, I felt a spike in my stomach. My chakra was ending. I was in my reserves so the byakugou activated itself. . I had to hurry up. I jumped towards him.
I had some kind of ‘aura’ that was the ‘god’ if I can call him that. It was the thing that appeared when I did the sealing. I wouldn’t live if I sealed his whole soul, so I did like Sandaime; I only sealed his arms.
-You stupid bi-
-Ninpou-I said as I laid a hand on his shoulder. - Hiraishin no jutsu!
Once he disappeared, I could finally rest. I fell down. Just before I passed out I heard someone screaming my name.
